By placing an order on our website, you agree to the conditions outlined below.  

Throughout this policy, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wintiq Rise Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” or “user” refer to our valued customers.  


Eligibility for Returns  

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.  
  • All original tags, labels, boxes, and packaging must be intact and returned.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.  
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.  

Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.  


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit a Return Request    
Please email your return request along with your Order ID and the reason for return towintiqrisepvtltd384@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Share Supporting Images    
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photographs or videos highlighting the issue to help us process your request efficiently.  

Step 3: Follow Return Instructions    
Once your return request is approved, we will share detailed instructions regarding the return process.  

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with our return guidelines.  


Refund Process and Timeline    
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.  

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.  


Partial Refunds    
In cases where returned items partially meet return conditions such as minor damage or missing packaging we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.  

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items    
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email to enable swift resolution.
